How long does a commission take?
Depends on scope and tier. A 10-model tabletop squad usually ships in 3–4 weeks, a full showcase army can take 2–3 months. We commit to a concrete window in the quote.
What does painting cost?
We quote after the brief, too many variables. Rough direction: tabletop from around €15 per standard mini, showcase characters go into three-digit territory. Army discounts apply.
Can I send my own STLs for print?
Yes, please. STL, OBJ or 3MF. We check printability, advise on supports and orientation. Clarify commercial licence beforehand please.
Shipping — DE, EU, worldwide?
DE and EU by default, insured and tracked. Worldwide on request. Pickup at the studio is free, and comes with coffee.
I only have a vague idea. Is that ok?
That's exactly what the brief call is for. Send moodboards, colours that trigger you, or just 'something Mad-Max-ish'. We turn it into a concrete concept.
What if I don't like the result?
Rare, because we send photos at defined milestones. If it happens: one correction loop is included, and we always find a fix before a mini hits your door.
